  I have learnt that it is very important to familiarize yourself with the platform and the system. Besides, it is very important to give some time to interact with all the students and be aware of effective ways to convey your message .

I have learnt that evaluation should add value to everyone and a reference point it the knowledge and skills student have before entering the course. 

I have learnt that assessment should respond to the criteria of validity and reliability and that there are different types of evaluation according to the criteria used: it could be objective or subjective

I have learnt that formative assessment occurs on an ongoing basis and that summative assessment occurs at the end of a unit, project, or course.

I have laernt that it is very important to provide meaninfl feedback and that it is not necessary to use all the functions of the tools available but to know what is best for our objevtives. 

There are 4 types of learners: Noisy, Quiet, Disruptive and Intimidators and since they pose different challenges for the teacher , we as teacher should be prepared to deploy  different strategies to keep them motivated.

a good way to foster learning in an  asynchronous lesson is  by mantaining the focus on the discussion and by presenting thetopics  on logical segments 

a good way to foster learning in an synchronous lesson is by providing learners with the information they need and consider differences in time zones 

A good way to connect with students and get to know each other is by posting a short biography and aske the to do the same.  This strategy may also contribute  to build or strengthen teachers´ authority 

Students will learn more if teachers are familiarized with the online platform and the method of teaching suggested. There are several ways to interact with students and it may help to make this clear from the beginning.
