I really like the idea of giving service awards.  I have some longstanding board members that we have never formally recognized.  

I think a board orientation is essential and I will be revising mine.

Choosing and preparing board members is critical to having the board function well and serve it's purpose.

I think board orientation is very important and set the expectations of board members.

Examples of what types of data/documents that can be used to demonstrate program development and research was helpful.

Continuing education can be offered as well as expanding new programs.

I like the idea of using focus groups with employers in the community.  Maybe using Webex or Zoom to make it more convenient.

Feasibility study is a must.  Understanding the state Dept. of Ed rules as well.
