When meeting the class for the first time, It's important to introduce yourself and have each student introduce themselves as well. Telling the student about yourself can help encourage them on their path or goals.
As an instructor being prepared and organized is important. Arriving 30 mins. early and greeting your students by their names helps build that trust and respect towards each other. Incorporating ABCD- A-Audience, B-Behavior, C-condition and D-Degree
