It is very dangerous to misrepresent and I may lose my job.

I have learned that we work not only for the school but for the regulatory triad.

I have learned the importance of compliance and that helps me do my job better.

Customer service is so important to our success - treat others with respect, equality, in a timely manner and remember to listen, name, take ownership, provide a positive environment and always go the extra mile.

Doing the right thing at all times

Using facts such a placement and graduation rates and avoiding opinions and superlative statements is one way to avoid misrepresentation.

I've learned that a disclosure is a published factual statement that the school is required to publish and a representation is not

I have learned that there are different regulatory bodies and their importance to the school's functioning.

Compliance is everyone's responsibility, and it is what makes or breaks a company.

Transparency is so important but especially in FA, yet sometimes so difficult to explain all the rules and regulations regarding Title IV funding.
