I liked the way a person  should develop positive self-esteem is through a thought process called "positive reframing.” Positive reframing is when a person changes their irrational or negative beliefs to rational, or more realistic and positive.

The disabled population tends to be older and females tend to have higher rates of disability than males.

Ididn't realize that LD is actually quite common and LD is  found throughout the work force: entry level positions to CEOs. 

It's important to how and why an IEP is set in place and who can recive an IEP.

I feel that its a persons choice to claim who and what they are and advisors are there to support them through tis process.

I am glad to see there are diverse  groups to assist LGBTQ diversity group that help to showase their leadership skills and community involvement .

People need to be treated equally regardles of who you and what tjey desire to be and and i it' a se that we have a big portion of soceity that doe not repsect the LBGQ ! 

Continue to motivate and encourage the persons to be honest and show their true worth to that employer.

One must know the importance of laws and how they are determined for one to get employment.

I believe that certain laws were put in place for majority of the population to faiil and then pay penalties, and fail continously when they have no means or finances to pay.
