I plan to reevaluate my goals and make them more specific. 

I want to look at making professional development plans and map what I want to improve. 

I intend to incorporate more project based knowledge as a guide to work through the physiology with students. I believe this can increased understanding and comprehension of the application of science to a clinical setting. 

I would like to look into revamping some formative assessments that the students have during lab. Maybe including more remedial options where allowed and optional assessments to help the students track their progress. 

I intend to recenter to focus on learning outcomes with my students and ensuring that what is being tested centers on the learning outcomes. I like the building of Bloom's taxonomy regarding the levels of understanding. I intend to bring this up to students so they may understand how to build on learning the content.
