I have learned that training is very important. Also being able to gather the appropriate information during training will make the checklist easier.

I have learned that checklists are very important to our everyday job.  It is important to have our Resource Notebook updated with the most current information. It's also important to participate in meetings to gather more information.

I have learned the importance of talking to staff and faculty to understand all programs. Also, it is important to sit in the classroom to get a better understanding of the programs offered by the school. 

I have learned the importance of having a checklist before the interview. How to do paperwork and how important is to be clear and have all the information to prospect students.
