Thank you for those words of encouragement. It gives the student a look at how the working environment works as oppossed to theory from the books.

I would say I am for the following reasons. They ask questions and we have good discussions about things I lecture on with them. One course I teach, I have 22 plus years experience in it, so the information I give them is practical real life information and not just theory.
