I realized that I will need multiple ways for evaluating students.

I have learned that feedbacks to students should be specific and not generic, and is very important in the learning process

The syllabus needs to be thorough to aid students learning and scaffolding has several steps aiding learning.

I learned about discussion board in LMS.So that students can interact with each other.

The recognizion of the different types of learners is helpful in e-learning environment as well. 

gaining trust is most important and delivering the needed knowledge

I learned how important it is to be relational and get to know your students even from behind the computer screen.

I think this is a great tool with basic explanation and understanding of diffrent types of communications and how they are perceived. In the end, is best to be prepared and know how to best communicate something, and how, to better emit a message.
