After reading this, I think I need to be a little less relaxed in my scheduling. 

Sometimes, the teacher is also a victim of childhood trauma and can empathize with a student. 

Having access to template examples will help me refine my lesson planning. 

I like that students can see what the learning outcomes are for a given course or even a given lesson. They know, from the beginning, how everything ties together, both vertically and horizontally.  

Healthy rules and boundaries can create good relationships with students which, in turn, helps them succeed in the classroom.
