Documentation is crucial, and the job description needs is extremely important. 

There are several ways to obtain employment verification and ensure accurate information. It is essential to build a good relationship between the student and the career services department, which will facilitate any needed information and improve the response. 

Implementing processes such as an exit interview will improve things because a student can understand what pertinent information will be required to provide back to the school. 

Employment verification is crucial for colleges to ensure graduates are working in their field of study. There are many different ways that data can be collected; however, it is crucial to ensure that all information is correct and that it can be verified. It is important to comply with state regulations and accreditation entities. 

One of the highlights that surprised me is the fact not every teaching entity reports employment outcomes. 

Collecting accurately is crucial because it gives insight to future students. 

Accreditation is essential so that the college is identified as a legit school that follows guidelines. 

Following up with employers is crucial; this will give an insight into how graduates are doing. This will also notify if any changes need to be made. 

Employer relationship building is a major component in continuing to get feedback and employment placements. 

One of the major components of getting students ready for job placement is resume building. A resume should be created with components that highlight each student's skills and qualifications. 

Students must practice interview etiquette and learn how to research each company to understand better the policies and what each employer offers to employees. 

If they build confidence, this will help them with interview success. 

This module has so much important information; everything that Career Services should offer to students will help with the overall success.
