I am an instructor who loves mathematics. I like the challenge in teaching mathematics as many student's have anxiety about learning the subject. I try to share my story on how I "tackled" the subject and try to give student's a sense of confidence in building their self esteem toward the subject.

Excitement about learning is contagious

I definately agree with you Penelope Kerr. The instructor has to bring the energy each class to keep the class interested. Instructor's who are lethargic and dull can definately alter the classroom environment. I try to bring the ethusiasm each day to class so that student's can feel excited about the class and learning.
