It is important to keep up with social media.

Yes Compliance is everything, this adds on to being ethical truthful and just being honest. But in order to be in compliance you need to have full knowledge of what the institution has to offer and what they represent. :)

It is important to learn and have knowledge of what the institution offers and is provided to the prospect student. The more you know the better the outcome with the student. The catalog is normally changed periodically and we should have the updated version always in hand as one of our references.

No need to hide information of costs of program or tuition. An Admissions Representative will sound shady if the information is not provided.

It is important to be transparent and follow the guidelines that the institution has. Never guess an answer, when providing information to a potential Student always be truthful and if you do not know the answer ask someone that does.
