i learned about the common mistakes of a instructor. A helpful way for a teacher to be organized is to take notes and have a plan.

i learned how to manage student behavior. If a student is disrupting the class the best situation would be to remove them to help others learn in a better environment.

i learned different ways to handle a challenging student. A effective way is to meet with the student after class to get an understanding on why they are acting a certain way. 

i learned to create a late policy for students to have a dead line for their assignments. I can apply this by reminding the students that points will be taken if the assignment is turned in late.
