I learned that when designing online learning units that it is necessary to be organized so your students understand how important it is in the knowledge of spedific things moving forward. 

I learned the 3 basic approaches when it comes to on-line teaching, and the most important thing when doing on-line classes is making sure that you understand how to facilitate corretly and that you make everything plain site so the students can undersatnd. 

How important communication is when setting your on-line course and knowing and understanding the importance of each tool that is provided for you and also knowing when to use them.

I learned that with these tools it helps both the teachers and students have a better understanding of on-line courses, and how there are so many different technique's that can be use to better one's experience when it comes to on-line classes.
