I have learned there are many different technology tools for effective communication. Its good to be knowledgeable of the use of technology for effective virtual communication. The purpose on conveing the message and the effective tool can meet the instructors as well as students needs.

That workload always maintain organization and having a heavy workload you should be focused in  setting priorities and remaining on task.

The usage of a Rubric its a great tool for teachers and it helps with discussion, communication and collaboration.

I've 'learned that different age groups fall into different understanding and learning styles. example Baby Boomer , Generation X, Generation Z, and Millenials. Some are visual, technical, verbal and digital learners. The instructor would have to distinguish the student's learning style in order to create appropriate feedback and knowledge.

What I learned in this module is that I can establish rules and policies according to school's catalog a swell as answering the  discussions and correcting discussions appropriately.

I've learned from this module , by using the correct technology for communication tools are makes it a lot easier to teach and students providing feed back based on the student understanding the course study.

I've learned to organize by modules and F2F is not just an online course. Using different strategies to provides student engagement.

Engagement, communication and facilitation are all structure in learning styles.

Organization and communication is important to present content and using LMS properly you must know to organize synchronous and asynchronous teaching. Its to be presented in a way the student can understand course material.  

I've learned that there are many different ways to teach using the proper technology equipment. Depending on the different teaching styles as Authorizator, Facilitator, Demonstrater, Delegator, and Expert.
