I didnt realize the importance of making sure you are ready and able to teach online

Evaluations needs to be done multiple times using different formats.  It is important that they are done. 

It is important to incorporate reflective and self/peer assessment to give more meaningful learning. 

I have to be more aware of having discussions and communication.  I need to work on that and to offer different types because again everyone is different and will be more comfortable with a specific way of communication. having a variety will hopefully reach all students. 

Being consistent with developing, which I have been doing, however, making it section short and consistent while embedding formative assessments along the way to ensure students are on track are the biggest thing.  We do it in a classroom why wouldn't we do in on our online platform as well. 

I need to remember that just like in a traditional classroom, students may be reluctant to answer or participate especially in a large class. As the teacher prompts are necessary to help those students

It is just as important to establish a relationship with students in an online platform as in a traditional classroom. 

I need to make sure the content is in a logical sequence and the directions are clear and precise of what is expected.
