I hate to sound like the zen master but any teacher worth their salt should know thy self before trying to teach.

As we gain experience, we learn that there is a learning moment we can gain from virtually every student/class session. Hopefully we learn what is successful and keep that activity repeating itself.

This is a time sensative issue. I am constantly altering my techniques to improve the class setting. I have finally realized that "it is better to be Hhted for who u are than loved for who u are not" Be true to your-self, profession, industry and the students will follow.

I agree. Student appreciate authenticity and sincerity. Hopefully this demenaor will encourage students. But even in difficult situations or assignments, the teacher's honesty can never be critisized for being unfair or disingenuinous.
