Just to add to a few comments. It is good that we as istructors and educaters now have a resource were we can gather and share informations that will help to improved our teaching skills. Is it possible to also have an ability to acessed pass techniques to evaluated present improvement,in the near future . Thank you.

Accessing instructional techniques that have been prove successful is possible. It would all depend on what areas you are interested in learning more about. For example are you interested in class management, curriculum development, media use, small group techniques, questioning techniques, etc. Once these interest areas are known then we can refer you to these sources.
