Instructor as Role Model

Am very interested in teaching, I learned much in this Course.

Many students have no role models that are good. Instructors have a heavy load, but should always set an example.
An old saying: You will learn more from an example than a sermon.
I always try to dress and act appropriately, and feel as if my students are Big Brother. Don't ever think they are not watching and listening.
Information in the text just helped reinforce all the things I have been doing and trying to teach them.

I agree! Another saying is Dress to Impress. Students definitely will learn from this!

Hi Chinetta,
Simple and straight forward. "Dress to Impress" I like it and it needs to be a constant part of the instructional development process.
