Developing as an instructor
I really did not know that model, manager, and motivator were so important in teaching since it is my first time as an instructor

Hi Denise,
While I have only been teaching just over two years, it's amazing how I didn't even realize this development was framed into the stages of model, manager, and motivator. I know now that I have been doing this all along; as I have probably gotten my best training with my own sons, being their role model, managing their learning processes, and motivating them to dig deeper by using critical thinking.
All 3 are very important trates. Modeling is important to me as i try to lead by example.
