Hi Barbara,
Well said! Well said! I'm sure your students benefit much from your experience and leadership. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Meers,
I have learned in my ten years' teaching that a class is presented, conducted and runs very smoothly when the instructor is prepared. Students are expected to be prepared; and they will be the first ones to let you know if you aren't.
Again, we teach by example.
Walking through an assignment; making sure all of the technology is working properly; the projector is working--just to name a few items.
While there are days when I think I could "wing" the lesson, I want to be prepared in the best way possible for myself and my students.
This module revisited a very important stance I took when I first began teaching--never become complacent. When you think you know it all; have done it all; and, more importantly, can do it all without preparation, you are failing yourself and students.
Hi Margaret,
Glad to information was of help to you.
What are a couple of ways you see yourself using this information?
Gary
