It is easy see the connection between the two styles
by initially getting students involved with rewards certificates and praise until they reach that point where the students actually turn the corner and become Extrinsic learners and start to enjoy the lessons and activities without the need for 'prizes'
this section was well laid out and easy to follow
I believe as you that extrinsic awards by the school can increase a students intrinsic value.
