sharing as a healthy coping mechanism

i was very impressed to learn that SHARING, was a very important coping mechanism! just talking to someone, having them share in your struggles thruout the day, your accomplisments. i guess knowing that someone cares what you have to say, and if your filled with emotions like anger, you can definitely release them! i know that i will be sharing.... more often!

Timothy, Yes! Sharing is such a wonderful technique and it's so easy to do too. It's healthy just to be able to communicate how we are feeling and listen to others who are having common experiences. Take a look around - in your family or work environment - and find someone who you trust who can listen and share too.

I feel that I can share with my husband when it comes to personal stress. As for professional stress, I find it a little difficult. I feel that if I share with people at work, that I will be perceived as a whiner. I don't mind other people sharing with me--I just find it hard sharing with other people. So I guess I just need to be mindful of "how" I share with others. If I do it in the correct way, then maybe I won't feel so self-conscious.

Sharing my stress with some of my peers helps me with stress. I also go for small walks durning break to deal with stress.

I AM IMPRESSED WITH SOMEONE WHO SHARE . IAM A SHARER I WILL GIVE AWAY EVERYTHING I HAVE IN ORDER TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE HAPPY BUT UNFORUNATE WELL LIVE IN A WORLD THAT PEOPLE COULD CARE LESS WHAT WE GIVE AND WHAT WE DO.
