Stress part 2

It's important to at list, give yourself 25 minutes after work to distress, for does of us that are parents.  

It is important to find a way to get rid of the stress! I usually take a short nap, or watch TV for at least half an hour, just to release the stress, and tried to forget the bad experiences that I had during the day! For me it works! Another way is to visit the gym and work up!

Or swimming1 if that does not work, tale a warm bath!
