Cool technology keeps students' attention
It is very important to keep up with the newest and coolest technolgy because digital natives speak that language and anything else is foreign to them. I can't wait for Facebook to come out with their take on virtual realtiy. Now that will be really cool!

I agree, our younger on-line students may have more technology skills than we do. As such it is importnat that we keep up with all of the latest and greatest in technologies. What did you think about the questions this training provided, suggesting we develop a questionnaire to see what students know about technology in the first week of class? For example, I have found that many of our older on-line students may not even know how to upload an attachment.
