What kind of feedback would you provide in a summative assessment?

You can use grades but one thing I have learned is that you must show what an A means. Numbers are only descriptors. I have learned you need to show students what A work is and so on.

I think that an instructor can provide positive feedback and also I think that this should be a time that the instructor can provide extra materials or an explantion to the student regarding the subject.
This assessment can include all work that has been completed. The instructor should follow a rubric so that students are clear about what is expected. This would include brief synopsis of lab work that has been completed as well.
