Training is vital
I feel having an effective training for each individual not only better prepares them for their job responsibilities, but it also is a way to show you are investing in their career development. When an employee sees that, they are much more aware that you want them to do well and care about their progress.
I completely agree. That is why it is important to let the employee know that when you send them to a training they understand the reasons behind it.
I agree also. We must keep in mind that we must also understand what training we are sending our employees to and make sure they implement some changes they have learned.
I think formal training is very important for all employee. It lets them know what is expected.
