Admission's process once you have collected all required documents from applicants,they have taken entrance exams,also have been accepted into the school. If you do have a finance department that handles the finance portion aswell as the enrollment agreement when is it proper to send the applicant to the finance department.

We have started a practice here of not accepting an applicaiton fee until we discover if the student is able to afford tuition or not by meeting with financial aid. That way students dont waste their time and money.

Interesting. It does cost time and money to refund. Some schools who have an application fee choose to not refund the as they are considered a non-refundable fee.
