Giving the student a sense of understanding

Hello,

Having the ability to give a student a calm sense of understanding what the school brings is a great success in recruiting. Make them feel welcome and appreciated.

I agree... There has to be a sense of trust across the board. this will help with the process and create a great experience.

I completely agree. It doesn't matter how great your school is if the student isn't sold on you and your ability to lead them in the right direction. There has to be a sense of trust between both parties, this will help facilitate a great experience.

Absolutely! Building trust in that relationship that you truly care about them as a person will go a long way. It didn't surprise me that a formal graduation ceremony isn't required by the Ohio board, but I am very lucky to work for a school that recognizes the need to reward the students for their hard work.

Being that person that they can trust to give them correct and current information is key to having a great relationship with your student body.

Being an ADA who is resourceful with knowledge and compliant with information assists in reducing the anxiety levels often associated with starting a new path.

The responsibility falls to the ADA to learn as much as possible and be complaint with all information provided to the student.
