you cant pass out flyers about your school but what if u put the same infomation required as a billboard advertisement
When it comes to advertisment, it's necessary for the information to be approved by the powers that be. Otherwise, admissions can open themselves and the school to lawsuits and bad press.
I feel that is essentially the same thing as passing out flyers. I believe that is still soliciting.
