Maintaining Integrity
Integrity is a fundamental attribute, that I live by. So in the workplace this is very easily adhered to. Giving full disclosure should always be at the fore front of presenting a student with information that will effect there lives in the future. Students look to College personnel as advocates and rely on the information given to be reliable.
The gainful employment regulation is a great bench mark for determining whether certain programs can lead to gainful employment in a certain field.
So integrity is the key to success in higher education.
I am huge on integrity. A lot of people have horror stories about career and tech. colleges. It's good to know that there are some schools who actually care about the students and admissions representatives who have integrity.
As an Admissions Representative it is my responsibility to make sure the program will fit the goals and needs of the student. Both of my daughters attended my school. I treat every potential student as though they were a friend or family member and want to do what's best for them. Asking the right questions and really listening is very important. Answering all questions honestly and thoughtfully provides the student with information needed to make an educated decision.
You are absolutely correct. Schools must always provide full disclosure to prospective students.
Maintaining Integrity is very important! Our prospective students are trusting us and it is in our best interest for the longevity of our schools to maintain Integrity.
Maintaining integrity, is one of the most important parts of my position, If you have integrity then most everything else. falls into place. Every day I come to work my goal is to help the potential student get to his or her goal. I have the utmost concern to do everything to my best to stay in compliance and uphold the integrity of my position
I want to always maintain integrity and think that every student deserves to be told the truth about what they are signing and what to expect. I think that all details of the program should be disclosed up front.
