Sudents should really pay attention son that they are not a victim to theses types of schools
I agree, it's up to the student to make an educationed decision when getting their education.
When people aren't aware of the risks and are looking for a fast and easy way to a degree, that makes them open to this type of scam. I do everything in my power to educate people on the risk of degree mills and dispel the intimidation people feel about going to legitimate schools so that these mills have less power to seduce.
I am also concerned about the lack of information out there for the high school diploma mills. They aren't always illegal, either. Students ghet these diplomas and then have a nonexistant or extremely limited selection of schools that will even accept them. Any student that I speak with that is out of high school and without diploma I suggest they look into GED programs and skip the adult high school diploma idea entirely.
Yes, students need to do their research. If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is.
I agree. The responsibility falls on the student to do their research about any school they consider attending to make sure it's legitimate
