Again, I would defer to your regulatory authority but, in general, I think it depends on what behavior you are rewarding. Anything related to referrals of new students is prohibitted.

Schools have incorporated different policies regarding other types of "rewards" tied to solid attendance, performance, Dean's list/honors receipients, etc. Some have eliminated ANY type of such benefits while others have identified which are allowed vs. forbidden.

Please check with your internal authority for guidance.

of course i would never make that decision with out asking a higher power however i do believe in showing students apreciation which leads to them apreciating our school and what we do as well in turn leading to refferels
