Handling Comment Codes

Do you have staff that specializes in handling comment codes to ensure accurate processing? Explain any efficiency created through these being handled by specific team members.

Everyone in our office is trained to identify the conflict and know what documentation must be collected to resolve. Myself and one other person is required to review documentation and sign off as a second review. We want to be able to service the student immediately and hopefully not have to return because a specified person is not available when the student is able to set an appointment.

You set up sounds like a great way to ensure your student gets his/her issue resolved or at least knows what is necessary to resolve it. It is great that you have a back up that you can rely upon to assist students through to resolution.
