I've learned that Career Services Department is just as instrumental in student success as Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Services and Education. That having a successful and fully inclusive Career Services Department is key to high retention graduate and employments rates.
I totally agree! I've learned more about the importance of Career Services in my current position as a Student Support Services Manager. We currently "do not" have a Career Services portion in our department. However, the executives are discussing implementing this service for the students. I'm sure the discussions here will be very helpful as I begin the process of implementing. Thanks so much for sharing, Madeline!
