From this module, i have learned the importance o adopting a specific approach to engaging with job seekers that promotes transformation without forcing change and remaining non-judgmental. I intend to apply this by fostering a supportive environment in career counseling sessions, where job seekers feel encouraged to explore different career paths in their specific fields (audio, eb and df), while i provide guidance that respects their individual goals.
This model has taught me a lot about creating solution-focused interactions, the 3 stages of motivation and motivational coaching, These skills will help me to continue to make great decisions in both the academic and clinical settings,
