<p>I previously had to do this going from face to face to online and this take a village to complete including the IT and LMS teams, faculty and students. The students eyes are a great help becasue they catch things we may miss. This is no easy task and nothing is perfect you have to constantly update and revise as you go through each course. Knowing what works and does not work helps with this process. it is truly&nbsp; a very tedious job that is ongoing and while some institutions may think it can be done overnight or in a mattter of 2-3 weeks they are sadly mistaken. There will be alot of inconsistencies and error. One thing to keep in mind through all of this is the student and although we have to adapt to change we do not need to adapt to UNNECESSARY change.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
