<p>This was a big reminder to me just how impactful educators can be and why it is so important to always act as a leader. Another point of interest was professionalism and boundaries. In my own experience I have learned that setting good strong boundaries can save a ton of time by avoiding inappropriate and unnecessary interactions with students. Students love to get off task and gossip if they are allowed to and it is up to us as educators to always maintain a close attention to what type of learning environment we are creating.</p>
