I appreciate the resources provided in this module, especially those on establishing personal branding and reframing the concept of networking. I hope to emphasize with students the importance of reaching out to healthcare facilities in the area to setup informational interviews or speak with hiring managers. In this field, it is more about finding the right job not just finding a job in general. Almost every employer is hiring, but we want to help reduce the high turnover rates by coaching students on how to become more aware about a job/employer before accepting a position.
