A school where I first taught at would have “pep-rallies†; and school sweater days..these were meant to instill pride in their school and themselves (student body makes up the school)to encourage the student to do their best and to build a stronger bond between the student and the school! The goal was to instill in the student a sense of “belongingâ€, that he/she is what makes a great school where great, successful students graduate to become successful practitioners of their trade or vocation!
