Lesson plans are so important to both yourself and the students. It allows for ease in the class room and gives the student what is expected of them and when. They have something to follow as they set goals to complete the class.
I thought this was a very good introduction to the first time teachers so i got to print off important information to use in my classroom.
I agree alot of students need to have goals to keep the motivation up they sometimes loose it and can't remember why they started in the first place.

Yes, I agree lesson plans are the best tool for the instructor, as well as, for the student. It teaches the student responsibility, time management and accountability. The student will be able to transfer these qualities to his/her new career position.
