A good rule of thumb when it comes to Admissions is to put yourself in the student's shoes. If I was looking to enroll in a school program, I would want to hear factual information about the school, its programs and policies. I would not want to find out after I have made the commitment to enroll in a program that things are very different than what was presented to me during the Admissions process. If a student is looking for something totally different that what the school offers, chances are they will not succeed in the program. It is… >>>
As an agent, we are viewed by perspective students as an authority and expert. Best practices entail always being honest. The student and their success is the number one priority. It is my role to provide them with all the information they need to make an informed decision about their future. My goal is to provide them with more answers than the questions they came in with. As Admissions reps, it is our duty to make sure that we are operating with integrity during every interaction with our students
I have learned a lot in this course. I have found that if you are accurate and truthful about theschool when recruiting is the best way to meet the expectations of your potential students. It makes the job easier to not embellish features and benefits of the school.
Students trust us and we need to act with honesty and integrity.
Try to have more meetings with staff.
Review current enrollment agreements.
Represent school based on current employment income levels.
Very imformatative site, teaches you the best practices and follow the compliance
I found most of what I needed in order to make an effective binder at my local office supply store. I kept much of the material for future additions to the binder and look forward to reviewing it periodically for a very long time.
This course is very helpful. I am here to help students better in the right direction to reach their career paths.
I am here to help the student body better their lives by pointing them in the right direction to reach their goals and career paths.
The goal is to make the student experience as informative and helpful for the student in order to produce a positive student experience. When I consult with students, i recommend they bring their transcripts from other colleges with them for evaluation as well as other documents. It keeps them interested and hopefully, the turn around time will not be as long as opposed to waiting after the fact to retrieving information.
After completing this course, i know have a better understanding of the rules, regulations and procedures needing to be done for my position. I plan on taking advantage of all the schools resources to give the student a detailed understading of what is offered and the oppurtunities that can come from it.
I am glad that I took this course. It makes sense with all that we do here to stay in compliance.
Continuing Education is a must.....there is no other way to keep on top of changes in laws, rules, regulations. There are always changes in the medical field regarding norms for procedures. Continuing educations also reminds us, wakes up our minds and has us look at things again. Continuing educations helps us from becoming complicant.
I find the Modules to be very informative; a great tool and guide for the success of an Admissions Representative.
Be honest and don't try to decive a student. that is not good for the company of the student.
