Training

This information reinforced much of the legal aspects that I was familiar with from working in  higher education over the years.  This was a good refresher.

I have been involved in the education portion of veterinary medicine for 15 years. I am excited to elevate to School Director! I have been at the instructor, program chair, and dean levels. I found this course to be informative and very useful! HI,

Ater taking this course I have learnt how important it is to take your time through things. Whether it be documents or simply giving a student a tour of the campus. Often times as human beings we do whats neccessary to get the job done and or to ottain a certeain goal. I think with this course we get to excersie the ethical part of our jobs on a daily basis. Listen

In my experience highly successful admissions representatives have developed the ability to listen in silence to prospective studnets, especially when the student is discussing their needs wants and desires. The more knowledge you have about your prospective student, the better equipped you are to ask the right follow up questions, obtain the information you are sseking, help them over come what they may look at as obstacles to success and help them chenge their quality of life through education.

As I grow

I learned so many things that I will take with me while openinh my school. Rules, LAws and guidelines. Also, I will use it as a learning tool

Training

I plan to use the tools I learned to make sure I put my best foot forward.

Great

It was very informatiove and interesting.

Best Practice Makes Perfect!

In everything, it takes dedication. You have to be dedicated to doing everything that there is to make you successful. Venturing into running an educational instititution is one that can be overwhelming. However, with the right training, tools and resources you'll have what it takes to ensure that both you, but most importantly the STUDENTS are successful.

My goal in implementing this training program was to give individuals better life chance opportunities through education. To open doors in employment markets that have the potential to increase significantly, and to be one of the first in Ohio to do it!

Honesty

I do not believe in taking a person's money if I cannot help them apply their training in the workplace.  By painting a realistic picture of what the training consists of and applying it to a typical day as an employee I am able to justify a person's investment in themselves both short and long term. This is the philosophy of our school.  Our management team allows me to enroll the right people and not just a number. This sincerity comes through during my interview and is conveyed by all the staff.
