Student retention is very essential in any learning enviroment.

The instructor and school play a key role in student retention. RT101 was very helpful in my growth as an instructor!

As an instructor, student retention is essential for the organization and for the student as well. He or she came to the school with a "vision" of making a life himself or herself. But yet obstacles do happen in life for the student. I wish retention can be better most times, but as an isntructor we do play in this role in keeping our students.  We try to keep that "vision" they have--and keep it going no matter the circumstance. I think as instructors--we want the best for our students.
