As a beginner in the field of adult learning, ED 101 was perfect for me. I now have a starting point and the basics I will need to increase learning and maintain motivation. I enjoyed the tips on different learning styles and mixing things up. I also liked the facts about attention spans and memory retention. Great class.

This course really opened my eyes as the type of questions I need to use. Also, the fact that I did some of the negative ideas in questioning my students. I will now begin to implement the ideas learned in this course.
This was a great course. I learned a few things that I'll definitely incorporate into my classroom.
I finished ED101 and the course was very informative and enhancing to my profession. I realy enjoyed the quizzies because they reminded me of my critical thinking skills with knowledge from the past and present. The course encouraged me and identified my strengths and weakness. It did not take long and was very useful for my teaching an online course.
I have justed completed ED104 I've learnt that there are so many useful teaching strategies, and that can be used daily in the classroom. Claasses of today are full of students of various age group, ethnic backgrounds, cultural experiences, and educational abilities. This diversity can contribute to a more interesting classroom when interactive learning allows students to learn first about different cultures and perspectives through debate and discussion. For the instructor, however, diversity poses significant challenges and this course has revealed new ideas. I think we must be aware of our students' diverse backgrounds, and be equally cautious not to overcompensate or appear to give special attention to any group or individual.
The ED 104 revealed new ways to be a better instructor in classroon environment. Academic dishonesty can be in two forms: either outright cheating or plagiarism. To minimize cheating, I have placed a significant percentage of the student evaluationin the form of active student participation. I think it is important that in the classroom environment ethical responsibilities requiring trust and honesty are emphasized. It is also a good idea to develop different multiple tests with different questions and repeat the same test test or test questions over and over again. Regardless of the amount of trust bulit in a classroom situation, all tests must kept in a safe place or in a data bank and should never leave the room. The instructor is ethically responsible for this commitment to the students who are striving honestly to achieve their goals and make their grades.
I just completed ED 104 and I have learnt from this course that we must energize the learning environment. I know that there are something that the learning environment must have. Learning mediums, such as those objects that set the stage, reduce barriers, act as stimulators, and assist your students to learn. Teaching tools, those physical objects that help convey your message must be well positioned or in place. I use ice breakers at the beginning of of the first class to reduce tension and anxiety, to acquent my students with each other, to immediately involve the class members. Am glad that some of my teaching techniques were described in the course and I have learnt lot from this course.
I just finished the ED114 -Questioning in the classroom, and again I was quite excited in what I had learned from this course. There is phrase that students here everyday from me " Think outside of the box." I have obtained more ideas how to get my students engaged in this same concept by learning how to ask the questions and makng sure I can get a clearer understanding of which students are comprehending and which are not. Truly enjoyed this. For now, ths is my favorite course thus far.
Highly recommend the teachers/instructors that need to really understand the questionig process - I think they would be enlightened as well.
Thanks so much.

The course ED114 provided me with the knowledge of how to ask questions in the classroom. I used open ended questions on quizzes, but never thought to use them in a classroom setting to check on students comprehension on a subject matter.
I decided to complete ED101 to ensure that I am not missing out on any current improvements. I can say that it is very informative and well taught-out.
ED 111- I feel the training was very informative. It discusses active learning and offered various ways to increase student learning. It also factual information on appropriate teaching strategies proven to be effective.
This course offered so many great ideas for being prepared to teach that first day. Many of the activates are a plus Since the adult learner brings so much to the table, we must capture them from the first day of the Course and keep them interested until it ends.
I just finished Ed 106 and it feel it was very imformative. It gave me great ideas on how to help with students that may have a disability and it made great suggestions on having a diverse classroom. I realy feel that these classes help me with my classroom rentention and improving my teaching skills.
Thanks
