 I have learned that the teaching-learning process has become more integral that one I had as student. Technological innovation has allowed students to have time, options, opportunities and novelties, at their own pace and responsability. Likewise, the combination of synchronous and asynchronous provides enormous advantages for training with more resources. Likewise, form me as a teacher, it invites me to be more creative in order to keep the students interest.

Online courses offer a wealth of learning opportunities and possibilities. The advantages of technological resources have facilitated the teaching-learnign process with instruments that encourage autonomy, responsability, the multiplicity of sources and means for learning, and the development fo a sense fo critical analysis, as well the joint generation of knowledge. It is well known that the COVID pandemic caught us unawares and education systems were forced to implement virtual mechanisms for training. At least in Latin America we have had to leran with "cost-benefit" (including the margin of error and improvisation). These years have been a time fo challenges that this course has allowed me to confirm and orgnize better mentally and in the processes from now on.
