Feeling that you are not prepared adequately to teach the class. It is a good practice to over-prepare to compensate for this. 

 

You must deal with the disruptive student because it is not fair to the rest of the students to have the learning environment interrupted. 

 

Tentative stems and check-out statements can confirm understanding of the message received from a student.  

Younger students consider technology to ba almost as important as food and water.  

 

Students need to recognize that they cannot "hide" in the online classroom.  

 

Student retention is enhanced by strong on-going communication and relationships involving the student, instructor , and the institution. 

 

I would like to try to provide more feedback to students.  

 

It is a good practice to provide options for assignments according to learners" TC profile.  

 

Course development should take into account both, instructor and learner characteristics, to be effective.  

 

I believe most people will find they are a mix of more than one color type personality.
