I found this course most interesting and I learned quite a bit.  The areas that were most interesting was regarding the asynchronous, and synchronous learning environments.  Although I hadn't given it much thought about the level of participation between two, I can see that it true of the aspects of both of these.  The other interesting area was the intimidator, the noisy, the disruptive students, these were very informative of ways to re-focus them and deal with them.  I have had encounters with each of these categories of students.  This a great course for online instructors, and it teaches much.
