In order for stakeholders to feel part of the feedback loop, it's important to post standards and program information on a website and discuss during meetings.

It's important to provide authentic opportunities for students to engage in scenarios to practice integration of skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the workplace and college.

It is critical to get employer feedback and find ways to engage industry with CTE Programs. They need to also feel relevant and see what's in it for them.

It is criticial to have a rubric and figure out a way to provide feedback for students on employability skills.

It's necessary to make the core academic subjects align with and connect to our CTE Programs. It helps students find relevancy in ALL their learning and make them better prepared for college, career and LIFE!

It is critical to get feedback and support to make sure the program is meeting student, employer, and community college alignment. 

It is important to involve and include all team members and show all members that their opinions are valued.

I learned that it really is not about focusing on the teacher, but rather, focusing on student outcomes that really matters. It is a coaches role to support the teacher and promote professional growth as a personalized approach to the interuption. 

I really enjoyed the information around perceptions-- this could also be non-truths. There is a huge need to clarify what is being communicated, so that you can avoid conflicts in the workplace and varied 'perceptions'.
